  Switched over from Verizon after numerous issues with billing and local coverage that seemed to get worse over time. Tina R worked with us on the switch and walked us through the entire process . She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All carriers have service where others don't but you get what works for you in the area where you live and where you work. We will definitely (and have already) recommended AT&T service in Lexington to others.
